Rechargeable batteries such as lithium ion batteries, are employed in cellular phones, notebook PCs, portable audio players and the like. Taking full advantage of our proprietary deep-drawing technology, we produce and supply rechargeable batteries tailored to the needs of our customers.
As part of our ongoing globalization program, we recently established a rechargeable battery plant in Shenzhen, China to facilitate timely responses to inquiries and orders from customers in the fast-growing Chinese and Korean markets.
Since this market is characterized by frequent model changes, we have significantly reduced lead times for the startup of a new model by introducing a platform-based design system. Our proven press working technology for high-strength materials is also contributing to customer satisfaction. |
