Established in 1934 as a member of the Toshiba Group, Toshiba Shomei Precision Corporation has contributed to the development of society ever since. We would like to express our deepest gratitude for the patronage and support you have shown us throughout our long history.
Starting with the manufacture of lamp bases and other lighting equipment parts, we have expanded our manufacturing technology base by constantly diversifying from relatively simple press, forming and assembly technologies in the early years into more sophisticated ones that include insert forming, airtight forming, straight-sided super deep-drawing, resistance welding, laser welding, ultrasonic welding, glass sealing and line cleaning – in response to increasingly diverse customer needs. In addition to metallic and plastic precision parts, we can now supply metal-andplastic composite parts using our own forming and processing technologies. Today our capabilities also allow us to cater to nonlighting equipment fields such as LCD, batteries and automobile through the supply of a wide range of precision metal parts, precision-formed parts and precision composite parts.
In the years ahead as in the past, we will live up to our catchphrases “Yes, I can” and “Customer first” so as to stay in tune with changes in market trends and to meet exact customer needs. This will inevitably call for us to become more efficient and sophisticated in all aspects of our operations – technology, sales and production. At the same time, we are determined to make our company an ever-evolving concern.
Our focus in the future will be on the fields of precision electronic parts and members – fields in which our future-inspired technologies will bloom. To strongly emerge as an ever-developing excellent company trusted by all stakeholders, we will never stop in our evolution, always putting ourselves in our customer’s shoes and supplying the quality that can win customer trust and satisfaction. |
