Exterior and functional parts for lithium ion batteries, capacitors and condensers
In this field, we respond to customer demands by inhouse operations from design and trial manufacture of gaskets and cases to reliability evaluation and mass production.
As for gasket terminals, we have secured air-tightness reliability (max. heat resistance of 100? possible) by using pure aluminum and pure copper and realized reduction of gasket structure’s internal pressure.
We can supply exterior and functional parts in small to large sizes.

Electric double-layer capacitor
Our company has manufactured our own “electric double-layer capacitor” to facilitate the development of external and functional parts such as gaskets and cases.
This development allows us to predict market performance of our parts and to abstract possible technological issues encountered in R&D, which in turn enables us to carry out developmental design from customer’s perspective, and make proposals for cost reductions and evaluation. |
