R&D Center |
Our R&D Center was established in September 2008 by building a new research facility in the site of the Head Office/Fukushima Works.
The center is mainly tackling research into energy device parts, electronic device parts and other areas that promise strong demand in the future. By stressing next-generation product development at this state-of-the-art R&D facility, Toshiba Shomei Precision wishes to join hands with our customers in value creation while meeting every customer need that may arise. |

Developing new equipment
The Equipment Development Laboratory is tasked with development and trial manufacture of new products while also engaging in development through start-up of new production equipment.

The Precision Evaluation Room conducts evaluation of newly developed parts and mass-produced parts.

Conducting evaluation of newly developed elements and prototypes
The Element Development & Testing Laboratory is tasked with development and trial manufacture of elements for newly developed products (simplex parts, composite parts) and evaluation of their distinctive performance capabilities.
